Is a lab-grown diamond a real diamond, or is it like cubic zirconia?
A lab-grown diamond is exactly identical to mined diamond chemically, physically, and optically identical to one mined from the earth. It is not cubic zirconia, moissanite, or any simulant. The only difference is origin: grown with precision science over several weeks, not extracted from the ground over millions of years. The perfect example for this is the same difference of getting ice from a refrigerator to getting it from the glaciers. Every Vaima diamond is IGI-certified, the same international grading body that certifies mined diamonds, and your certificate travels with your piece. If someone tells you lab-grown is "fake," ask them to explain why the carbon is different. It isn't.
When will my VAIMA jewels arrive?
Since we offer multi metal customisations, our make to order system enables us to deliver rings and earrings upto 12-14 business days. Custom necklaces and bracelet pieces may take up to 15-20 business days.

How do I know your gold is actually 18K and not mixed metal?
Every Vaima gold piece is BIS hallmarked with a unique HUID (Hallmark Unique Identification) number. Your invoice discloses the exact gold weight in grams and the live gold rate at the time of purchase. We do not inflate MRP and call it a discount. You see exactly what metal you are paying for, at exactly what rate.
