At Vaima Jewels, every piece is crafted with meticulous precision and intention. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding cancellations, manufacturing, sizing, and refunds.
1. Order Cancellations & Refunds (Within 48 Hours)
If you change your mind, you may cancel your order within 48 hours of placement. A full refund for the product will be provided. However, please note that any transaction or processing charges applied by the payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay) are strictly non-refundable, as these fees are collected directly by the gateway and not by Vaima Jewels.
2. Custom Manufacturing Process (After 48 Hours)
Because our fine jewelry is crafted to order, your purchase enters the custom manufacturing process exactly 48 hours after the order is confirmed. Once this manufacturing phase begins, materials are uniquely allocated for your bespoke piece, and we can no longer accommodate cancellations or handle mid-process modifications.
3. Ring Sizing & Fit Verification
Before placing an order for a ring, we strongly advise you to double-check your exact size. Please utilize the "Size Guide" available on every product detail page, which provides step-by-step instructions to accurately determine your ring size. Custom-sized pieces cannot be easily resized once manufacturing is complete.
4. Modifications to Custom Orders
Any requests to change metal type, finish, or diamond specifications must be communicated to our support team within the initial 48-hour window. Changes requested after this period cannot be fulfilled, as the bespoke crafting process will have already commenced.
5. Lab-Grown Diamond Authenticity
All diamonds featured in our collections are premium, ethically sourced lab-grown diamonds (CVD/HPHT). Each piece is accompanied by certification verifying the cut, clarity, color, and carat weight, ensuring absolute transparency and quality.
6. Payment Terms & Authorizations
Full payment is required at the time of checkout to initiate the manufacturing of your order. By completing the transaction, you authorize Vaima Jewels to charge the designated amount through our secure payment partners.
7. Delivery & Logistics
We provide Pan-India delivery for all our pieces. While we make every effort to meet estimated shipping dates, the intricate nature of custom handcrafted jewelry and rigorous quality control means that minor logistical delays may occasionally occur.
