We study the reference. The proportion, the setting, the way it should sit and wear on a real hand. Then we send a tentative quote, built to your budget, with metal priced at the live rate.
Quote within one working dayThe first sketch
A small design token reserves your slot. We turn your brief into a drawn concept and send it back. You see the piece take its first shape, and tell us exactly what to shift.
Token credited to your pieceApprove it in 3D
The sketch becomes a 3D model. Every angle, every millimetre, seen before any metal is cut. Nothing goes to the bench until you approve what is in front of you.
You approve before we castThe making
Now it is built. Metal poured, stones set by hand, the surface brought up slowly over days. This is the part that takes weeks, and the part no one should rush.

The same piece can be made in four metals, each BIS hallmarked with HUID. Nickel-free throughout. You decide where it sits between everyday and forever.
925 Silver
Sterling silver, bright or in a 2.5 to 3 micron 18K gold vermeil.
14K Gold
Harder wearing gold for daily use. Yellow, rose, or white.
18K Gold
Warmer tone, higher gold content, for pieces meant to last.
950 Platinum
Dense, naturally white, hypoallergenic by nature.

You never pay for a piece you have not seen shaped. Nothing moves to production until you approve the 3D preview and your quote.
Design token
Reserves your production slot and starts your 3D design. Paid after you approve the direction of your quote.
Production advance
Once you approve the 3D preview, this advance lets us source your metal and stones and begin the build.
Final balance
The remaining balance clears before your piece ships, hallmarked and certified.

Rings, bracelets, necklaces, pendants, and earrings, for women and for men. Bring a reference and we will tell you honestly what we can build, and where a detail may need a small change to wear well.
The token is non-refundable, since it covers your 3D design work. For every piece we build, it is credited in full to your final price, so you pay nothing extra.
Your metal is priced at the live IBJA rate on the day, by weight. Making is disclosed. The diamond portion is set by an IGI-certified stone. You approve the full quote before anything begins.
Yes. Every design can be built in 925 silver, 14K or 18K gold, or 950 platinum. Silver can be finished bright, or in a gold vermeil of 2.5 to 3 micron 18K gold over the silver, nickel-free.

Yes, up to a point. Before you approve the 3D preview, any advance you have paid is returned, less the design token. Once we source stones and metal and begin the build, those materials are made for your piece and cannot be reversed.
