The token is non-refundable, since it covers your 3D design work. For every piece we build, it is credited in full to your final price, so you pay nothing extra.
Your metal is priced at the live IBJA rate on the day, by weight. Making is disclosed. The diamond portion is set by an IGI-certified stone. You approve the full quote before anything begins.
Yes. Every design can be built in 925 silver, 14K or 18K gold, or 950 platinum. Silver can be finished bright, or in a gold vermeil of 2.5 to 3 micron 18K gold over the silver, nickel-free.

Yes, up to a point. Before you approve the 3D preview, any advance you have paid is returned, less the design token. Once we source stones and metal and begin the build, those materials are made for your piece and cannot be reversed.
