Terms of Sale (Cancellations)
We understand that you might occasionally change your mind after placing an order. Because our jewelry is often crafted to order or involves significant logistical preparation, we adhere to the following cancellation policy:
- Within 48 Hours: Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placement for a full, 100% refund.
- Beyond 48 Hours: Once 48 hours have passed since the order was placed, it cannot be cancelled. The order will be finalized and prepared for shipping.
To cancel an eligible order, please navigate to the "My Orders" section in your account profile and use the cancellation button, or contact our support team immediately.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the highly specialized nature of our fine jewelry and for hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a secure return pickup and provide a full replacement or refund.
For all other return inquiries, please contact our support team. Custom-made or personalized pieces are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
